Antioxidant 1035 is a thioether type hindered phenolic antioxidant with excellent performance. It is the most widely used antioxidant in PE, XPE wire and cable materials.
It has very little color pollution, excellent processing stability and long-term stability. It can effectively eliminate the influence of tiny pollutants on the insulation performance of cables.
Provides better thermal stability and migration resistance than other antioxidants for wire and cable compounds. Used together with ammonia antioxidant 5057, it can effectively prevent the core burning problem of flexible polyurethane foam.
Widely used in wire and cable materials containing carbon black, LDPE wire and cable, XLPE wire and cable, polyol, polyurethane, polypropylene, elastomer, high impact polystyrene, hot melt adhesive, PVA, ABS, etc.
Antioxidant 1035 is used in XLPE and carbon black-containing polymers with perfect performance when mixed with thioether-based auxiliary antioxidant DSTP/DLTP. Replacing antioxidant 1010 in chemically cross-linked cable material can reduce the amount of antioxidant and cross-linking agent in the formulation.
The general dosage is 0.5-1%.
