Features and Application Area:770 is a low molecular HALS, has good compatibility with most polymers and has synergistic effects with antioxidants and UV absorbers. 770 is highly effective in polyolefin materials (e.g. PP, PE), olefin copolymers (e.g. EVA, propylene and rubber copolymers), PS, PA, PU, soft PVC etc.
UV-770 is a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS), used for polypropylene (tapes, films, thick items), polyethylene (thin and thick items) styrenics (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polystyrene, high impact polystyrene), polyurethane,polyacetal,polyamide.
Recommended Applications
1.Polypropylene :
* ABS : 0.3-0.5wt% based on polymer weight
* PS : 0.2-0.3wt% based on polymer weight
* HIPS : 0.2-0.3wt% based on polymer weight
2. High density polyethylene : 0.2-0.3wt% based on polymer weigh
3. Polyamide: 0.2-0.3wt% based on polymer weigh
4. Polyester: 0.2-0.3wt% based on polymer weigh

Cautions:Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, high temperature, substances with sulfur or halogen such as some stabilizers, flame retardants and pesticides. Testing required before use.
