Spherical silicon micro powder is a kind of high-strength, high hardness, inert spherical particles processed by a unique process from high-quality quartz raw ore.
Its main component SiO2 content is more than 98%, the density is 2.65, the Mohs hardness is 7, the fineness is between 325 mesh and 5000 mesh, It has a reasonable and controllable particle size range, and the appearance is white powder.
High quality spherical silica powder has extremely low oil absorption, mixing viscosity and friction coefficient. With its unique spherical structure, compared with other angular quartz powders (micro silica powders), the powder has good fluidity and small repose angle formed by powder accumulation, so it is dense when mixed with organic polymer materials to enhance the strength of the body. It is easy to disperse and mix evenly, which can significantly increase the fluidity of the material.
